Plumbing services are typically non-returnable. If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re‑visit or correction where appropriate.
If we supply parts as part of a service call, eligibility for returns depends on the manufacturer’s policy and whether the part has been installed or used. Installed or special‑order items may not be returnable.
Approved refunds (if any) are processed back to the original method of payment where possible. Processing times vary by payment provider.
